When the Ore
gon Legislature voted to fund the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project as part of its 2017 transportation package, Keep Oregon Moving, it asked ODOT to develop a more accurate cost estimate by February 2020. The estimate – captured in the Cost to Complete report – is now available. The Oregon Transportation Commission will review the report at its January 23 meeting.
